MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms are in place for our membership system. If you have any questions, please get in touch

1 - You must be 18 or over to sign up - Membership is limited to those aged 18 or over

2 - Offers

2a - Offers are non transferable - Offers given to you are only valid for use by you, sharing offer codes may result in your account being terminated.

2b - Offers may be revoked - Offers given to you may be revoked without warning, some will be time limited and will expire after the date shown.

2c - Offers are subject to availability - At times items may not be available and a substitute may be offered instead

2d - We have the right to refuse service / entry - Offers do not guarantee service or entry.

3 - Your Data

3a - We won't sell / lend / share your data - We won't share, sell or lend your data to anyone else, it'll be kept secure on our servers and also on our e-mail partners systems too.

3b - We'll store your data on 2 systems - Your data will be kept by us, and with our e-mail partner, Mailchimp

3c - We won't use your number for marketing - Your phone number is only used to log you in, we won't use it for any other reason.

3d - We'll send you occasional marketing e-mails - You'll be sent occasional marketing e-mails, you can opt out of these by clicking the link at the bottom of any e-mail, however this will invalidate any offers you recieve.

3e - Length of time we'll keep your data - We'll keep your data for 18 months after your last log in. You'll recieve a service e-mail notifying you before we delete your account and you can decide in this e-mail if you want to remain a member. You can request we delete your account at any time by contacting us here 4 - These terms - We'll notify you if these terms change, your continued use of your account is subject your acceptance of these terms, if you do not agree with these terms you can request us to delete your account at any time by contacting us here
