Competition Terms and Conditions: Rent for 1 Year

1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
• Employees, agents, and family members of Pyro Group Ltd are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:
• Entrants must sign up to the Venue membership system and remain active subscribers to the Venue E-mail and Whatsapp marketing channels. You must opt in to taking part in the competiton by pressing the enter button on the entry page
• Additional entries can be gained by completing the optional tasks on the entry page
• Each entrant may only hold one Venue account
• Entries must be submitted within the specified competition period, which is 9th September 2023 to 7th November 2023.

3. Winner Selection:
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days after the competition end date.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected

4a. Grand Prize:
• The prize consists of up to 9 monthly payments of up to £444 each, equal to the value of the winners rent contribution, up to a maximum grand total of £4000
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with the prize.
• We will pay money to the winners UK bank account only and not to any landlord or agent.
• We will not be held responsible for any late or missed payments owed to your landlord or agent.
• We will not act as a guarantor.
• A payment date each month will be agreed with the winner
• Prize amount was calculated from the average rent for a room in Fallowfield when checked in July 2023

4b. Runner Up Prizes:
• The runner up prizes consist of 2 x Venue Black Cards and 7 x £50 Bar Tabs
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• Bar tabs have no cash value and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Black cards enable free entry for card holder only to all Venue ran events.
• Right of admission is reserved at all times.

5. Verification:
• The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
• False or misleading information will result in disqualification.

6. Publicity:
• By entering the competition, participants agree to Pyro Group’s use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy:
• Personal information collected during the competition will be held in accordance to our standard privacy policy

8. Liability:
• Pyro Group Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the participation in the competition or use of the prize.

9. Disqualification:
• Pyro Group Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

10. Changes and Termination:
• Pyro Group Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law:
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdon.
